Lakeside double bit question

I have a Lakeside double bit head. I noticed that on the back side of the head it's marked "S7" with an arrow pointing to one of the bits. Does anyone know what that means? It wouldn't be the steel would it? Seems unlikely to me, but I guess I don't really know if anyone ever made axe heads out of S7 Steel.

Clearly it matches the new marking on the Ukraine armor for the counter offensive (it really does). So my first guess is Ukraine Military. ;)

I have never seen anything quite like it from a factory but all kinds of things show up on axes that were added later by individuals, agencies and companies.
As neat as it's done maybe an agency or company to identify it as theirs, just speculation.
