Hi All, I've had this Lock Blade In my Collection for quite sometime and know nothing about It, The blade Is 3 5/8", Total length Is 8 3/8", It seem's Very Well Made, Lock's up tight and Is one of my favorite's to carry "Very Sharp and Fast Opening ! On one side of the Blade It say's LAKOTA LIL'HAWK US PAT. NO. D248,039 on the other side It say's MOKI Japan And on the Back of the Leather Case It say's LAKOTA, Any Info. on this Knife would be Greatly Appreciated ! Take Care !

Wow, blast from the past. I haven't even seen Lakota knives mentioned for a decade and it has been way longer since I last held one. I was a Special Deputy US Marshal back then. Working in the camps for the Cuban/Haitian boatlift, late 70s early 80s and one of my coworkers had an early Lakota Hawk. Though bulky compared to a Buck, it was a nice knife. That was also my last contact with one. Nice to know they are still encountered.

I have a Lakota Fin Wing I bought in the 80s. It's a great little knife with a well made sheath.
