I'm about to get one. I've always liked the look of them and I can normally tell by the look whether or not a knife will feel "right" to me. I've read a little bit on gun forums about Matt's knives but haven't really delved into the knife forums. Anyone have any comments?

Certainly a good place to start (bladeforums/lamey). He makes a great knife that will serve you well.

I bought one and had it abducted by my father. He says that I will get it back...one day. They are excellent quality and well built. The one I purchased was to be used for camp duty and so forth....

Les Robertson also has him listed as one of the custom makers to watch in '03

A few things are for sure with a Lamey knife. One, it's gonna be sharp. Two, it's gonna feel good in your hand. Three, Matt will clean it up like new for you. Sounds like a no-brainer to me!

well thanks fellas, ive been just trying to catch up on some old orders, but it sure aint working:p

any how, this knife will be done this week, its real similar to the one in the gallery only slightly smaller.

Yep, Matt makes a great knife! I got a Concealment Bowie from Danbo made by Matt. Light, clean knife (Thanks Dan!)

I am one of the "ones" waiting for my "own" Concealment Bowie from Matt. Can't wait! Cannot go wrong!:D
