Hello friends, first at all , happy new year!!!.
Here are some pictures of a Bowie that will travel to U.S. next week to meet with its owner. The blade is 10", the steel used was Kruup 4034 and 1095. The defense is 304 stainless steel, the handle is rosewood with ebony chassis and nickel silver.
Greetings. Claudio

What an outstanding piece...!!
I especially like the handle shape and construction..

Good-looking knife. Like Russ, I especially like the thought going into the handle.

Ebony chassis = off-the-charts goodness. :D

A solid contender for BB 2011. Really great!

Bingo. That's what really elevates what would still have been a very nice bowie. This is easily my favourite of Claudio's excellent knives. Well done.

Coop - it's already in the file. :)

Claudio, I like all of your knives posted and this is no exception-- just beautiful!

love it:thumbup:.

Extraordinary.
I will go out on a limb and say it's my favorite "overall" laminated knife I have seen. I often find myself liking a laminate blade but not the knife or liking the knife but not the laminate blade. Not the case here, as it has it ALL IMO.

Thank you all for your comments!

Very grateful for your praise Kevin, this makes me want to keep progressing every day.

I am with Kevin on this one the balance between handle and blade is very well done the black frame ties in with black in the blade and lets your eye flow around the knife very nice
