Need to make a short lanyard for my newest Spyderco, any good sources you can recommend? Thanks!

Atwood paracord is the best stuff I've used. made in the good old USA and pretty affordable too!

Atwood rope company is local to me so always a good suggestion.

Personally I don't much care for lanyards even tho para-cord is a hobby of mine and I make lanyards all the time, the only knife I use a lanyard on is my ladybug, I use a aircraft cable tie (avaliable from country comm for $6) because I didnt like the feeling of a big knot on my key chain in my pocket.

Another option is to get some round leather lacing from a local hobby store. I usually look for 2mm or 3mm round lace. It is a little bit more difficult to tie than paracord because the leather is "grippy" and doesn't slide as easily over itself when you are knotting. But it makes a great looking lanyard!

Leather or paracord can be found at any local caping and king equipment store.
