Lanyard on your XM

Anyone put a lanyard on your XM? If so can you post pictures. I can't decide if I want to buy a nice lanyard to go on mine or not, so I thought I'd ask to see if anyone has a cool lanyard on your XM.

These are some I used before I started carrying tip down.

That really depends on where the knot is at(after or before the end of the handles), but I typically find that a lanyard only gets in the way if you're switching from forward to reverse grip with one hand.
 
Why'd you change to tip-down rickCPD? I've tried both ways and I still can't comfortable with that carry for some reason.
 
Not trying to be a smart@$$, but what is the point of a lanyard you can't loop around your wrist for retention?
 
I make mine long enough to slip my pinky and ring finger through. They also help pull from your pocket or find in a pack.

Exactly.

Cziv - I like drawing the knife in the tip down position. It's very easy for me to quickly open the knife in my hand this way. Also I like the extra grip the clip creates in the palm of my hand when gripping the knife. It's all about personal preference.

That's cool. Ya know what feels good? When you take the whole clip off of a folder - "almost" all of them feel really good to me that way but the clips are a handy way to get 'em out quick. :)

Just got a ton of ideas... thanks everyone, I was making some lanyards with 550 paracord and using the snake knot.
