Howdy folks,

Just recieved this in the mail today:

IMG953166.jpg

It's smaller than I expected and I'm trying to decide if I should throw a lanyard on it or not. Maybe just get used to it's size.

Anywho,

Post pictures of any and all of your lanyards and any and all of your knives!!!!!!!

Thanks for the help,
Hans

For a bait knife over water and a skinner I always have a lanyard. For pocket knives no. DM

Put one on and see if you like it, if you don't like it take it off. I've done that with some of my EDCs. On my SAK, I have a fob that is chain stitched so I can easily untie it and have about 3 feet of paracord.

I don't like flashy lanyards but I do like lanyards. This small lanyard just enables me to grab the knife a little easier to pull it out of my pocket but there's little to no risk of it getting snagged on something...

That looks perfect, just enough to give a helping hand but no a rope hanging out of your pocket. Did you make that?

Yes, it's just the CRK design but with a slightly fatter paracord. I think it's called the hangman's noose and there are 7 wraps.

I like short lanyards on small knives - it gives you better purchase on the knife when opening or manipulating them. Here's a shot of some of my lanyards on a handful of my Spydies. I also have a thing for Atwood Lanslides, if you couldn't tell...
