I searched the archives awhile, but didn't see one on this topic, so here goes:
Do you fellow One Piece Range owners use the butt cap lanyard, or remove it? I like to have it handy, but it can get in the way, so I've been knotting it upon itself to shorten it up. I think I recall some of Piter's pictures showing use of some spring loaded cord locks. Has anyone used them for a quick disconnect type of lanyard? I've played around with a cord lock on my Mountaineer II lanyard, to make a quick wrist snugging retaining loop on the end of the lanyard, but nothing exotic. I'm looking for any field tested ideas. Thanks...
