Lapp Hunter

What can you tell me about this knife? I aquired it from my moms friends sons tackle box. Looks like the tip was either reworked or there was just a lot of material. I just put a new edge on it and sharpened up the gut hook. It shows a little sign of wear, but not enough to really see. BTW, that picture is not of my knife, but somebody elses lapp hunter. Mine says 1986 on the blade.

"Lapp hunter" is generally used to describe a leuku. I like the pattern. But I have no idea which one yours is, so many companies make them.

So this knife being 19 years old, is it good quality or is it just another knife?

Generally speaking Marttiini makes good and indifferent knives. Without knowing the model it is difficult to say.
