What do you guys think? This is a big chopper I just finished up!

Blade about- 10 3/4"
Handle about- 5 1/2"
Steel- 1/4" 1084 with a 600 grit hand sanded finish and slight convex edge.
Contoured desert ironwood with a stainless pin and a carbon steel guard.
Voyager leatherworks sheath.

Thanks for looking!

That's a wicked chopper Adam, nice work.

Handle is beautiful, blade looks extremely effective, personally, I think the guard should be flowed in for comfort.
Oh, great sheath too.

Thanks guys!

personally I like the flat guards, but I have been thinking about giving the contoured guards a try.

Wickedly gorgeous! Awesome blade and beautiful handle. Great looking and well made sheath as well. Excellent job!

That's a nice looker of a knife there. Love the contours on the handle. Got any distal taper, is this style supposed to have that?

Nice! I think contoured guard as well...but that one does have a cool look to it.

Beautiful package! Contoured handle, blade profile, and textured guard work together just great.
