Does anyone know of a good method to getting the lanyard pin out without disassembly? I thought it was supposed to just fall out on its own with the large variation

Remove the paracord, if it slips out you’re good to go. If it doesn’t, you’ll have to take it apart.

Unfortunately mine rattles even with paracord and the pin, I wish they would just ship without it on the knife because odds are most people don’t want a lanyard much less one with poor quality lanyard. The lanyard that comes with a Sebenza is the only thing that’s of bad quality

If you disassemble it put a little bit of Crk grease or a tiny bit of super glue where the pin meets the handle slabs. That will stop the rattle, if you want to keep the shouldered pin installed without the paracord
