Large 21, spalted beech and laddered Damascus. How’s the edge?

Hey all. I’ve owned a spalted beech and laddered Damascus large 21 for a few years now and rotate it in and out. I haven’t really worn it to the point where it needed sharpening due to the low use but I’m wondering… how do the inlays hold up day to day and how is the edge holding compared to S45VN for those of you who use them daily?
 
Some lighter wood stains in the pocket over time ie: wet/sweaty blue jeans

Damascus is awesome and sharpens easily. It can rust much easier than S45 but light oil helps.

Great carry knives! I love mine (Box Elder).
