This is the latest addition to my collection. It has wonderful bog oak inlays and a basket weave damascus blade. Bog Oak is a very special inlay material. Very old (average items are from 600 up to 8000 years old!) and the way it is formated is very special. If you want more details on that, please check

As usual with inlayed CRK and with damascus blades, I strongly suggest to buy from dealers who are showing pics of their actual knives for sale, instead of showing sample pics or pics of previously sold knives. Because like with all wood inlays, color and grain can vary a lot. I was looking for bog oak inlays which are not too dark and which are showing some nice grain. Further down below I will also show some comparison pics between Gabon Ebony and Bog Oak Sebenza 21.
Btw: I've checked with CRK. They confirmed that the Bog Oak comes from Denmark.
