Does anyone know of any comanies that sell large(22" or more square) cotton bandannas? Thanks.

Shemaghs on Cheaperthandirt and either USCavalry or Brigade Quartermasters measure almost 44" x 44"...
Reason I like them is they can work as a triangular bandage for immobilizing an arm injury or wrapping the torso to hold a compress on...

A big bandanna would also work as a field expedient slungshot. You could drop your set of keys into it, hold and twist the end and voila! You're ready to bash somebody's face in. The best part is that you wouldn't get in trouble for carrying an actual slungshot, which is a felony in a lot of places.
Even our unfortunate friends in the UK can carry a bandanna.

Just don't drop the damned thing or your keys'll go flying, and then you'd really be screwed. Maybe a roll of quarters would work better. Or a padlock. You could explain that away by saying it's for your gym locker.

I have ordered Bandana's from:
www.fatiguesarmynavy.com

Check out specifically:
http://www.fatiguesarmynavy.com/store/cat/31
--> Here there are several Bandana categories with 27" and 22" sizes

I had no issues with these guys.

Also, you can try:

U.S. Cavalry
http://www.uscav.com/
http://www.uscav.com/Productinfo.aspx?productID=7186&TabID=1&CatID=5230
..or..
Brigade QuarterMasters
http://www.actiongear.com

I have never ordered Bandanas specifically from them, but my Father-in-law, who was in the Military, turned me on to them. Best part is both of these places offer free catalogs and have a large variety of gear for your viewing pleasure! :D

Zan Headgear manufactures 22" x 22" bandannas.

I designed about 1/2 of them. If you find some you like, let me know, and I will get them for you at my cost.

Steven-

Great website there.

I've taken to wearing bandanas outside a lot instead of a ball cap (to the chagrin of my wife and teenage son), or my floppy hat. I like the light weight and sweat absorbency of them. They also keep the head cool through evaporation.
