What knives have a larger blade (3.5-4 inches) but are slim and carry surprisingly well like the Endura or BM 710?

Any thoughts?

Spyderco Military for sure! I Think one that you might not think of is a ZT 0560.

This one is 0.25" under your specs, but the Kershaw Knockout carries extremely well. Its very thin, and has a deep clip. Beyond that, I vote also for the Military.

Spyderco Military! If you want one a bit more weighty feeling, get the Ti one.

Spyderco military or police, but I'd choose the 710. Its super slim and easy to carry, and trust me I used to absolutely hate the 710. Now I carry it everyday!

This one's easy....and has already been mentioned....the Spyderco Military. I've carried many different knives over the years but the Military is the one that I always go back to for EDC. Full, flat ground 4" blade in a slim, lightweight package that can't be beat, IMO.

like I wrote earlier, Spyderco police for folder. Slim, great blade (4 inches +), excellent jimping and finger choils for great control.

If you are going to opt for a fixed blade, look at the Spyderco street beat. You can wear the sheath inside the waistband and forget the knife is there (check local laws). 3 1/2 in. VG 10 (same as police model) blade, razor sharp. BEAUTIFUL knife. Contoured Micarta scales. Deep index choil for superb knife retention. Excels in the kitchen too...
