Just to let folks interested in the Large Bucklite Max folder (486), the picture on the Buck website isn't right. This picture is passed on to retailers and the Buck produced pictures used by many retailers, including Bladeforums sponsors is off too.
Please notice the length of the secondary edge along the top of the blade that forms the modified clip on these 2 pictures.
Here is a picture from a retailer. The picture on the Buck website is similar.

Notice how long the actual secondary edge compared to the website picture?
I've spoken to the folks at Buck and they've done some digging and confirmed that the blade shape on the knife I've recieved is the way the blade is supposed to look and that the picture on the website is wrong. A possible explaination is that the image got messed up during production (e.g. Photoshop gone bad).
Anyway, if the blade shape of the 486 matters to you, it's worth noting that there's a difference between what's currently being shown and what's being made and shipped.
