Large Calypso size...

Hi. I was looking at the Large Calypso at different seller web-sites, and in the "discontinued" section in the Spyderco Homepage. However, ALL of these sites fail to include certain info. which I want:

1. Edge length
2. Blade length
3. Opened knife length (the entire knife)

I was wondering if somebody has the original numbers as posted previously in Spyderco's homepage. I want to compare this knife with other large models and thus need those numbers.

From the catalog:

Blade length: 4 inches.
overall length: 9 1/8 inches.

Edge length not listed.Don't have mine with me, but it's probably pretty close to 3 5/8 inches.

Edge is 94mm measured along the blade(93mm strait line).

Wow, are you suggesting that the blade on the Large Calypso is actually LARGER than the one in the Military? I guess that would make its handle smaller than the Military, since overall Military measures in length 9 3/8" versus the Calypso's 9 1/8" Is this correct?

Also, are these two the largest folding knives that Spyderco has to offer?

No, the two largest Spydercos are the Catcherman filet knife and the Police.
