Today I received this very nice large classic leather inlay from a fellow member here. I've always liked the leather and steel combo idea, and this one has the brown leather inlays with the gold/bronze anodized thumbstud and backspacer, which I think is a nice combination. I decided to heat treat the pocket clip to accentuate the other coloring in this knife, and also just because I like to personalize my stuff.

Glad to hear your thoughts on this rig. Some may like...some may not...to each his own. :)

Here's a few shots of it:

That's a winner in my book, I love the leather inlay's. The clip match's nicely as well:thumbup:

Very Nice. Most I have seen have the Blue Leather, don't see many Brown Leather versions. Plus, its a Classic. I have always loved that Classic engraving around the bolster area.

The Classic's are the best Sebenza by far. You have an excellent example.

Thank you all for your comments and kind words. My current CRK holdings consist of large regular BG42 Sebenza, large Classic leather inlay Sebenza, small regular S30v Sebenza, small Insingo, ebony Mnandi, & walnut Mnandi. Starting to feel the need for a Sebenza 25. :)

This is the first flamed CRK clip I can remember seeing and I'm amazed I haven't seen a ton of them.
It looks great! Nice knife. :D

Oh, and no warranty worries because only the clip was flamed. Smart. ;)

I like it!

Very nice pictures as well - thank you!

best
