Large Cord Locks

I puchased some 3/16" shock cord to enhance the load capabilities of various packs and such, as well as for lanyards. I am having difficulty finding large two-hole cord locks; I thought this would be a simple endevour, but it aint so!
Any help on this is greatly appreciated!

I am not sure if they are two hole but walmart has some cord locks and fastex type buckles and some other new camping/pack stuff and they are cheap to boot, look in the camping hunting fishing stuff.I hope this helps.
