I did a trade with a member here for a Ray Laconico folding Nessmuk slipjoint, no liners. Really nice halfstop, very sharp blade, I believe it is O1. Micarta scales (I need a pic of this one too).

IT IS HUGE! The handle is about 5" closed, and is wide too. Almost too big for my paws, the Benchmade Skirmish of the slipjoint world! It dwarfs my Northfield 23's and daddy barlows.

Let's see your big custom slipjoints!

These are a few pics I pulled from Google Images...

Good looking workhorse there. I do love a big folder, but I don't have any custom folders.

I know Ken Erickson has made a pretty large folding hunter....

Good looking knife!
It would be great if you had a few shots with a well known knife or two alongside for some scale.

This Don Morrow trapper had a 4 3/4" OAL, with a 4" blade.

It has long since moved on. I miss that acorn shield.

Here's my largest by far next to some large production slips

Love the huge belly on it

Nice thing about it is despite its length, it is actually very thin, so it goes unnoticed in the pocket (markings are 32ndths of an inch)
