Large espada

My large espada just developed a little rattle. Took it apart, cleaned it, put it back together and still has a rattle. Not too much in there to be loose. No blade play closed or open. Only rattles in the open position. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

Welcome.

It’s one of the pins in the tri-ad lock. In my experience is it’s usually the one that can’t be seen on the outside. A tiny amount of grease On each side of that pin will stop the noise.
