It's done. I am not going any farther with finish or polish because its gonna be used hard
The steel was a blade that came off a old John deere tractor pull behind mower I pulled off in a junk yard in Cheyenne Wyoming.
The leather was saddle leather samples I pulled out of a trash can a western mart in Denver Colorado.
The cross is metel I cut off a rust old slide clamp I found on the ground at a auction in Loveland Colorado
The brass ball on the end is a bearing I found on the ground at the same junk yard as the blade
The silver end peice the bearing is in is scrap I found in a pile of scrap at a frack sight in fort lupton co. It was a treaded pipe connector that was treaded on both ends
Its been a journey .
