Hey guys!
Here's a blade i just finished, a larger fighter.
It's a total of 380 mm (15") with a 240 mm (9.5") blade. It weighs about 510 grams (18 oz).
The handle is black/green linen Micarta with white and black G10 liners. It's finished to 1200 grit and polished on a buffer. The blade is made of O1 tool steel hardened to 61 HRC and hand sanded to 600 grit.
The swedge is almost sharp, but isn't sharpened. The blade is sharpened convexed at 18 DPS and push cuts phone book paper without a sweat.
The sheath is Kydex with a belt loop made out of stiff scuba harness webbing, not to be confused with ordinary flaccid webbing.
