looking for suggestions on a large folder, about the size of a rajah 2 ... around 80 dollars street price.

You're on the right track with the Rajah; Cold Steel's larger folders can be had for under eighty, if you shop around.

Just save up another $20 for the Rajah. You won't really find anything decent for a lower price, unless you're getting a factory second or a used.
