  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

This is a 5" closed, 8 7/8" open Friction Folder with 1/8" thick titanium handles. The blade is made from 5/32" thick O1 steel, and features a saber grind, with the flats left in a heat treat finish. It`s held together with 8/32 allen bolts for the pivot, and 6/32 allen bolts holding it together. There are .016 thick bronze washers on either side of the blade. It also features a screw locking function, turning into basically a fixed blade, if you decide you need a bit more security while working with the knife. Asking $175 + $6 shipping in the USA.

Here it is in the closed position. The screw nearest the rear of the handle is a thumbscrew, which you can remove and place in the hole through the handle and blade tang to convert to the fixed position.

Here it is opened up. You can see the thumbscrew in the blade locking hole through the tang.

Nice!
Gang- I asked John to make me a fricky like this but with G10 and a chisel grind. It's gonna be cool.
What do you think?

Congrats Rolf - I think you'll be pleased with your JK - I can't remember a JK Tanto so this will be fun to see made!
