Does anyone happen to know the screw size and thread pitch for the large inkosi body screws?

If you can believe the plastic Hillman hardware guage, it is a #6 screw (0.138 diameter). They are typically found in coarse thread (6-32) or fine thread (6-40) versions. Not sure which CRK uses without direct comparison.

CRK now sells single body screws for $5 each, but add at least $5 for shipping and it’s not economical unless you are already ordering other items.

I’ll be watching for someone who provides the correct pitch and will be heading to the hardware store to try some out.

I agree it’s a 6. I was sure on the thread. I was going to purchase a couple different thread nuts and see what’s close.
I’ve been searching online for information and all I could find out was that CRK runs a proprietary thread pitch. I’m having a custom spacer made and trying to identify that.

I remember seeing a video where they mention they make there own fasteners in house now.

So it’s not 6-32 or 6-40. I’m having trouble finding 6-24 screws. I bought 6-32 nylon screw to try threading into the spacer but it seems a smidge to large

Pitch is just threads per inch. I'm not invested enough to pull a screw from my Inkosi to measure, but this is a pretty simple measurement/calculation to make.

Your nylon screw has 32 threads per inch, so the distance from peak to peak on those threads is .03125" or 1/32". Based on that, the length of the CRK screw is .1875" or 3/16". I count 7 threads on the CRK screw in the space of 6 threads on the known 6-32. If there are 7 threads in 3/16", the peak to peak is .0268", so the pitch would be 37.3 and there is a very good chance that is just rounded to 37 which would be a peak to peak distance of .027".

Therefore my formal guesstimation is that CRK is making custom 6-37 threaded fasteners for the Inkosi. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
