Large Inkosi CF Action

Is it just me, I just received the CF Inkosi and must admit I like the action on my 25 better. My 25 is adjusted where the blade will drop open and has zero blade play...I mean zero. The inkosi on the other hand has minute play and still doesn't drop open. Also, after opening the blade then gripping knife I can feel the lock bar slightly move either into position or just slight wiggle. As for the blade dropping open, I wonder if the larger washers are the cause due to more surface area touching blade? Either way, as much as I want to love this knife I honestly would be lying to say it is such an improvement from the 25. I will try disassembling knife and cleaning to see if resolves issues. Anyone else has similar issues?
 
Your 25 probably has more wear and has been broken in. Once you have the same amount of pocket time and use with the Inkosi as you do with the 25, then make an comparable assessment. Not all of my 25's will free fall.
 
I would set the pivot JUST tight enough that there is no blade play whatsoever and then just use it until it breaks in and smoothes out which will take some time
