Question for you guys on the large Inkosi I am thinking of buying one and would like one that flips out easy with the thumb stud and flips open all the way . I have had afew Chris Reeve products and couldn't get them all the way open with a thumbstud . I was thinking with the floating stop pin that area would not be locked tight and adjusting the pivot I could get the knife to flick open all the way because the top area of the knife wouldn't be so tightened down . Any feedback would be appreciated .

I find the inkosi even harder to flip than a sebenza. I tighten my pivot all the way down, then back off until the knife is comfortable enough to open using a regular motion (not a flip). Any more and I find my blade becomes off-center.

If you loosen the pivot on a large Inkosi it will flick open extremely easy. Just don't loosen it to the point where centering is thrown off.

Tighten, loosen and test to find the right resistance, check centering. If all is good Loctite it.

Mine had a run in with the washing machine last weekend. I took it apart and washed and dried it then reassembled with a new coating of grease. I adjusted the pivot so there was no play and the blade is perfectly centered then put Loctite on the pivot screw.
Mine can easily flick open with my thumb and no wrist movement now. Having said that, I know it can be opened like that, but I don't do it that way. I've read quite a few posts stating that they aren't meant to be opened in that way because it puts too much stress on the knife.
