This knife is the mate of the blade in this previous thread, also made of 3/16" thick 1095, with a 7.5" blade. A little bit of sori, tapered tang under the wrap, and full distal tapered blade. I'm absolutely in love with the speed of these blades! Balanced ever so slightly in front of the turk's head knot to give it at least a little sense of authority, it feels feathery. Until someone demonstrates how the hell to capture hamon with a still camera, you're going to have to be subjected to one of my crummy videos - sorry!
The natural stingray is a first for me - very different looking! I think I kind of like it, although it's certainly not as dramatic as the red one... you might find the hamon on this one preferable, though. Dunno.
At least this time I held the camera the right way for HD video - man, I suck!

As always, thanks for looking, and comments appreciated!
