I sent my knife in to CRK for some love and cleansing. I asked them to change all of the hardware to blue (this is a first for me), add double lugs, replace washers (asked them to please ensure they were perfectly CRK smooooth), add a clip insert and to change the lanyard to a blue or dark blue one with a blue titanium spacer of some sort.
I have sent Sebbies to CRK a long time ago and the turn around was pretty fast, if I remember correctly. It took 9 weeks this time. I will admit, I was nervous. Anne was awesome responding to my emails in a timely fashion assuring me that everything was okay. She is awesome.
I received my knife today, opened it and was surprised that they forgot to do one little thing. They forgot the lanyard. Thankfully I was not charged for, so no biggee. I will just have to find one online somewhere.
Here are some pics...

One thing to note above: In the past when I had double lugs added on Regular Sebbies, they would grind down the lockbar to make it easier to access. Apparently they do not do that anymore. I will say that the opposite lug is VERY hard to use. Aesthetically it looks good though.

They did blast both slabs, so the knife is visually like new again. Pretty cool. It feels like silky butter opening and closing it. Not tough, not easy, just perfect. I am enjoying the blue accents. This is the first Sebbie I have ever had blue hardware on. I wanted something a little different. I like it, but I am sure I will love it once I get the blue lanyard.
Enjoy the pics.
