I have both, the large is a bit big for pocket use and is carried at work in a belt sheath.
The small is the right size for pants pocket carry using the clip and jacket pocket carry in the CRK slip sheath.
With that said I can say that I carry and use the small much, much more. That is more a funtion of my manner of dress typically. When I wear clothes that support (weight and appearance) the large I carry it. The small peforms most of the day to day tasks flawlessly but is not the tool that the large is.
Thing is, the large is, well, large and gets into that catagory of size where a small fixed blade is better. When I am dressed and in a social setting that is suitable for the large, I will just as likely have the Aviator, or bigger.
Now that I have said all of that, I PREFER (original question) the large as it is more capable. Clothing and situations cause me to carry the small.
I'm 6'5", and the small is my daily carry. I have pretty big hands. I just prefer the smaller package. I think it fits very nice in my hand. I'm thinking about gettting a Camillus CUDA Talon. If I wanted a big knife, it would not be a folding knife. It just seems that the smaller version is more appropriate for day to day..hour to hour... hell.... min. to min. situations. Especially if you work in an orafice...thats office. {8^D>
Thank you everybody for your replies.
Going by what you say I think the Large will do me better. I am 6" 230lbs and I work in an casual place ( a pistol range ) so I can were jeans all the time.
Thanks to all again.

" Hand, Stick, Knife, Gun " Use what you have.
I couldn't decide between large and small when I got mine. Everyone I asked said get the small for pocket carry. If you want a sheath carry, get the large. I got the small and think I made the right choice.

The first knife was probably used to cut stuff.
