Large Persian Folder

[Chuck Gedraitis Knives]

This is my latest folder. The backbar, liners, screw heads and thumbstud have all been fileworked. The bolsters have all been sclupted, the rear ones in a nautilus pattern and the front bolsters with some forward flutes. The bolster screws have also been hidden for a cleaner look. The raised backbar and liners have been fileworked together making a larger pattern. They have also been anodized together in a 2-tone color, blue and yellow. The colors alternate as the piece is moved in the light. The screws have been heat colored gold and the thumbstud is 14K gold.
