I have the same knife that was a user just back from the spa about 2.5- 3 years ago when I got it. I love mine.

It gets used and I don't worried about marks and scratches. They add lots of character.

Enjoy your new knife. Let it get out and breathe some fresh air from time to time..out of the safe or display case

Great knife and design. I had a small Meteor that I sold, I miss it. I would definitely buy a large should I see one.
 
A pic of one i owned briefly..theyre a really special find. Your pics really show detail in the design ive never really noticed:)
