I haven't seen one on the Exchange of this forum or any other for a while. Am I just noticing this because I want one?

Dumb question:

What is the difference between a Regular Plain Sebenza and a Sebenza 21 Integral Lock?

Thanks!

The handle on the regular has ridges and doesn't have a huge cut out. The blade shape is a little different as well, but it's subtle. I like the fuller feeling handle of the regular more.

I bought one about a month or so ago. I sent it in to CRK for engraving last week. There are several on ebay this week, even one with a swedge which is rare. I had them all on my watch list, but I snagged a NICA Tanto, so I spent all my money on that :D I love the Large Regular, I wish they still made that style. Just cant seem to get a hankering for the Sebbie 21, though I am sure one day will. Though it will have to wait, a Mnandi is next. If you look on ebay though, it seems to me, that with the recession, there have been more and more CRK on there. I remember last summer looking and only seeing like 40 or so. Now there has been consistantly over 100.

Then why did they change it? What was their reasoning? Seriously.

Remember that the 'change' was from the Classic to the Regular. In addition to being more popular, the Classic is truer to the original design, so I guess more appropriate to be reincarnated as the commemorative model.

I say this as someone who prefers the Regular. IMO, the Regular is the consummate all-around pocketknife.
