Large Sebenza 21 "Freedom" Questions

I had one of these once, and really want to have one again. The one I had was a sand blasted model without a color anodized graphic.

Does anyone know if these were produced this way, or did the original owner have CRK sandblast it and remove the color? I'd like to put out a WTB, but I don't know if I should just get a polished/colored freedom and have it sandblasted, or if these were produced this way in some quantity.

I do know CRK won't put this graphic on a new knife. I know because I asked..

That one was done aftermarket. CRK did a non-anodized version, it looked like this except with Freedom graphic.

I'm almost sure that at one time they did offer the one in photo but most were made like this one.

 
This is one of those that I recall seeing. I know they did a reverse silver contrast and a colored version, but for some reason I recall seeing this one as well. Just not 100% sure though...!!!
 
That comes as a surprise to me. The only one I've ever seen was stated by the owner to have been reblasted.
 
Thanks so much for the input. So I guess it was sandblasted after purchase, which is fine. Thanks for the pointers on finding one of these for sale, even though I'd need to send it in to be sandblasted. I had no idea I was looking at spending ~$620 for a large with a flag..:eek:

No wonder the one I sold was snatched up so quick! Guess I should've held onto it...

Oh man...you guys are killing me! lol..

There's no number to call so I just sent them an email. Actually, it's 535, so 428 (plus $30 for sandblasting)...

Well worth it!:D
