large sebenza or wilson tacical rrf

i am looking into getting a new knife. i have always been a bm man but lost respect for them when i lost my bm 940 because the second clip was jacked up. now i have a lonewolf t1 and hate it. im tired of playing around with the heavy mass production knives, and i want to buy something through and through quality, tough, and well rounded in use. nothing crazy, but tough. the sebenza is the one knife ive wanted for some time but never wanted to spend the money. it is on most peoples top five folders lists. then theres the wilson tactical rrf that is much less heard of and harder to find reviews for. i would like to hear reviews on the toughness and reliability of this knife as well as the companies warranty policy(if i take it apart to clean, does it void the policy?).
