impossible to say without knowing how well the blade locks up and how much life is remaining in the lock bar
 
Does it have the box, bday card and paperwork ?
Single lug or double ?
Are you going to send it in for a spa treatment ?
 
Without a bday card it's gonna knock down the price of any CRK a tad bit... my opinion at least. That card goes a long long way with me, especially for something that's most likely going to be for the collection like this would possibly be
