Well the navajas from Spain can be large but most of them lock. I'm sure you could find one that doesn't lock.
The Douk Douk Geant has a very large blade, about 4.5 inches and is 10.25 inches overall.

The bulldog pattern is a traditional slipjoint that's usually about 5" - 5 1/2" closed. This pattern isn't very common. However, Rough Rider brand offers it in several different scale materials. They also offer a large coke bottle pattern slipjoint that's about the same size.

I think the large Okapi slipjoint is still available, and it's about 5 1/2" closed. This is a much cruder knife than most, but makes a fine user.

Yup, the Bulldog (also referred to as a Clasp or Buffalo knife) from Case is about 5.5" closed and can be found with a little searching. Folding hunters similar to what Fester posted are readily available with either single or double blades and are often found in the 5.5" range.

Slipjoints typically max out around 5-6" closed. Daddy barlows, English jacks, large toothpicks, folding hunters, etc. Sometimes you can find even larger versions of such knives (and other patterns) that are/were exhibition or display pieces, or special editions, especially from German manufacturers.

Not sure what it's called but that one Remington Bullet repro's that looks like an over grown trapper - now that's a big folder with no lock & I think you can still them them over on flea-bay.
