Larger East Coast knife shows to consider attending?

I'd like to attend a couple blade shows this year. Never been to one, would love to spend hours and hours checking things out in person. What else besides the big Blade Show in Atlanta would be big enough to drive a few hours to attend? I'm mostly interested in modern knives - both custom and brand name lines, fixed and folders - and not interested in old folders. I live in Virginia and would drive to neighboring states.

Thanks!

never been, dont know if it's a larger show, but in your home state is the Shenandoah Valley Knife Show. It seems front pics I've seen on their wesbite it would be customs and maybe traditional, but maybe some moderns? not production manufacturers I wouldn't think but don't know. they have a website maybe worth a ask?

Thanks! Nice to have something nearly in my own back yard!

Blade Runner Outpost is having a good size show/swap meet this weekend in Bristol, TN.

I also have been interested in going to that one but have not been able to make it, it is in Harrisonburg, about 2 hours away from central Virginia where I am, but I believe it is in April, they do have a site last time (last year) I checked. The other thing I have been interested in is taking a knife making course offered in Richmond somewhere. Wonder if it similar to what you see in Pidgeon Forge at a few displays where you can hammer out some steel…usually railroad spikes, etc. I didn’t do it while down there since I felt it was more a touristy thing and I was wondering if the spikes had enough carbon to be a good blade or just a wall hanger. Some spikes do have a good amount of carbon, and I wonder if the class would temper too.
