Hallo,

I've just finished this knife. It's a scaled up version of my "Hiker", which I'll call the Through-Hiker (tho I've never done the AT myself...)

1/8" A2
3.85" blade, 1000grit & wax
three-tone African mahogany scales, 3/16" brass pins

This one is ground high and thin on the 1/8" and it oughta slice up a storm. I'm not sure what to actually do with it yet, suggestions welcome. :-)

It's light for such a large (for me) knife due to the thin grind and the wood, which is way lighter than the G10 I've been using recently. There are two modest lightening holes drilled in the tang.

Thanks for looking,

Thanks, MW.

Hm, I didn't recall the pix being so pixelated when I posted them. That's bizarre. I'll try to correct it later this week.

Thanks, JM!
Gonna go throw another coat of Tru-Oil on it right now...
