Are all the large blades about the same size on medium SAK like the Tinker model or is there anything larger?

I took quick look at SAKWiki. It says the 85 mm knives have a large blade with a 52 mm cutting edge, and that the 91 mm knives have a large blade with a 58 mm cutting edge. It also say the 93 mm Alox knives have a longer blade than the 91 mm models, but not how much longer. A more extensive search might find that information, but my quick look did not.

Same scale size has same blade size, they are standardized. That's how they can manufacture relatively good knives at a low price from a rather expensive country.

You can try out Swiza, a competitor also from Switzerland. Their standard size is 95mm, which is not much longer than the standard Victorinox 91mm, have better steel (440C vs 4116), 75mm (3 inches) blade, soft plastic handle and other goodies.

Edit: Oh yeah, lock blade! They are a little more pricey for the number of tools they give, but it is a fair trade off.
