Was just watching the news while here at the Sema Auto Show, they were cutting packages up with an Esee/Rat Cutlery 3 or 4. Anyone got pictures from the footage shown on the news?

Tunnel was dug that bridged CA boarder, and Mexico.

Wouldn't doubt it. We sell a lot of knives to drug enforcement guys.

I saw it on channel 9 local so cal station, it was really weird cause I can tell tops, and other brands from Esee, and I was like hey! This is freaking awesome exposure! Well ok, not good that drugs come into so cal, but cool to see the knife in use.

Did anyone see that the president of Mexico was vocally against the approval of California's proposition to legalize marijuana? He said it would have a drastic negative effect on his country's economy---one of Mexico's top exports is narcotics.

I found that fascinating, that a nation's leader would have the gumption to tell us not to legalize something because his country is making a living on the illegal, untaxed sale of it within our borders.

Glad to see some more drugs are off the streets. I was a Youth Board Member for my county's Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Awareness Board and I have seen the effects that drug use you can have first hand, and at a relatively young age. They don't belong in the hands of anyone.

One of my favorite shows on TV is Boarder Wars on NatGeo. I've seen a lot of ESEE knives on that show being carried by the Boarder agents. From what I can tell most of them seem to be the HEST, ESEE 3, ESEE 4, and Izula.

I personally think it should be legalized. I don't like my tax dollars going to prosecute victimless crimes. Marijuana is no more dangerous then alcohol and an argument can be made that alcohol is even worse for society.

 i totally agree with you shotgun, i think alcohol should've been made illegal a long time ago and marijuana should be at the least decriminalized if not totally legalized. alcohol kills thousands of people every year while marijuana has yet to claim a life. I don't remember where but i read somewhere that the only way you could overdose yourself with marijuana would be to smoke 10 pounds in 15 minutes. And that happening seems very VERY unlikely

Marijuana does claim lives, when people who are under the influence operate a vehicle and kill somebody.

Guys... lets not turn this into a debate over legalization. That's gonna get this thing locked VERY quickly.

I'd be interested to see the footage of this, pretty cool that the knives are used in so many different ways in the world

Completely agree. I have my own opinions about drug legalization but this is not the thread for it.
