Largest flipper models?

Which flipper models of WE / Civivi knives have the longest blades? My preference is more towards the 3.75”-4” range rather than the more common 3”-ish sizes, but it seems harder to find larger folders like that. I do have a damascus Praxis on the way, with it’s 3.75” (listed, I haven’t measured) blade, is that the largest or are there more options in that range?

They have a ton of large knives, especially their older offerings. The Simon Crafts Cirrus for instance

The Civivi Naja is fairly large. It remains one of my favorites. While it has sadly been discontinued, you can still find them if you look around.

If you want cheaper, it's hard to beat the Vexer. 3.96 inch blade, mine is called the Lynchpin but they changed the name.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Do you guys have a favorite place to buy these? BladeHQ or something like that? Are there any good sources for discontinued models?

I should also point out that while I do have a number of knives in the $200 range, at the moment I’m more interested in the cheaper $40-$80 stuff, which for this brand probably means CIVIVI. I did look at that Vexer; it’s pretty interesting and I might try one.

There are lots of great places to buy knives online. I have quick list of dealers I keep in my bookmarks but I have trouble remembering which ones are sponsors and which aren't. While they aren't my favorite place to buy knives, I always link BladeHQ because I know they're a sponsor here and they have one of the best search interfaces.

Having a dealer list in your bookmarks is handy. For instance, you can quickly cycle through to see who has a particular model in stock or which versions. Depending on how recently a knife was discontinued, stock will occasionally hang around somewhere. In the case of the Naja, you'll probably have to look on the secondary market and check popular auction sites.

You may want to check out the ORIGINAL (NOT the new mini) Civivi "Asticus." It is a very well designed, comfortable to carry & use and has a 3.8" blade.

The original is now discontinued but still available & in-stock at a discounted price of $50-$60 (depending on handle scale material) at BladeHQ & Knifecenter.

From what you have said, the Asticus checks all of your boxes.

You’re right, that does check the boxes pretty well and is a good looking blade. Thanks for the input!

I just got a Civivi Picaro (discontinued), it has a 3.94 inch blade, almost 4 inches. It has a liner lock, no button lock. The Civivi Synergy 4 is 3.94 inches and the Civivi Bhaltair is 3.98 inches.
