Very interesting and I very much like the pattern. Seeing as how it was developed at the border to Spain, I can see the familiar blade leaf pattern and overall profile, kind of like the "Castor" folders of Aitor.

They have a website and it looks like they ship to the U.S. Just google Coutellerie Savignac and it should be the first link. The website was easy to navigate even though it's in a foreign language (for me atleast). Very cool knives. Great review.
