I realize this is the second time someone has posted this title, but time is getting shorter and the other one is long gone. Exactly one month from today. Riviera Hotel, somewhere near the top floor, not sure about that one. They booted us out of the bottom as the Beinfield Antique Arms Show will be taking up all of those rooms. The SHOT SHOW is right out the back and across the street in the LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER. Big place, sits all by itself, you cant miss it. If you want to go to the SHOT SHOW you have to register and get a pass. Go to http://www.shotshow.com and fill in the forms and make it look like youre a big knife buyer or something and for $15 they will send you a pass. The SUPER BOWL is the same weekend, so unless you want to stay at the YMCA or some really seedy hotel, you had better hook up some reservations TODAY!!!!!! Super Bowl weekend is traditionally the busiest weekend in Vegas ALL YEAR!!!
Jerry is coming, the Strider guys will be there, Rob SImonich, the list goes on and on and on. Aloha Nui Oi and hope to see you there.....................
 
I took the plunge and got a room!! I have not bought a ticket yet though! :eek: :confused: :eek:
For anyone looking for rooms, Travelocity has alot of available rooms at decent prices. The Riveria is booked!
Hoepfully I can get a decent price on a ticket!:D :D

I've got everything in order and I'll be there. Couldn't get a room at the Riveria, but that's no problem.

I will be at the Shot show and the Las Vegas Classic.
The Surper Bowl on my schedule says Jan 27. The Pro Bowl is on the 3rd
Is this right? Did they move the game out because of 9/11.
Does anyone else have this info?
Any way I hope to meet more of you then I met last year.
Let us know about the Football details.
 
When is the Las Vegas Classic Knife Show (i.e. What days)? I went to their web site but, only found last years show information and, the two threads I read didn't meantion specifically what dates and show hours were.

FEB 1, 2, and 3, 2002. Late on Fri, all day sat and sun.
The Shot Show starts on Sat and runs thru Tues.
The Knife Show is somewhere near the top of the Riviera Hotel and Casino. A lot of the guys who work for the big companies will have to go over to the SHOT SHOW for Sat and Sun I believe.
 
I'll be there, along with my crew, for the Classic and the SHOT Show (CRKT booth).
I'm not positive but pretty sure Larry Gray told me the 23rd floor is where we will be.
 
Wow....that will be a long walk for such an old geizer!!!
Get someone to show you how that elevator button works!! :p:p:p

Tom, you are right about the rooms. The hotel availablity for that weekend is already drying up.

Same here. Betty will be handling the table for most of Saturday and Sunday. It might be a good chance for those attending to get a real deal:)
 
I will be hanging out with Rob, and Larry at the Bladeart table.. This will be my first ever knife show! It will be great to meet all you guys in person. The SHOT SHOW will be great too, another first for me!! I am such a freaking Cherry..
If you cant get a room in Vegas the state line has some pretty good deals, and its not that far, maybe 25 minutes.. See ya there.
