Last time I was in Vegas I saw locals with pocket clips on their jeans that were bigger than my entire folder.

Gotta love that town. The last bastion of personal freedoms in this country. But the behavior police are attacking, they've pushed through a smoking ban in restaurants, and are no doubt going forward from there.

But no ban on the casino floors or bars. They know what side their bread is buttered on:D

True, but don't think that will stop the behavior nazi's from trying to pressure the casinos into one. They shut down the smoking lounges in McCarran Airport because of those a-holes.

BTW, there are a few really great knife stores in the Vegas area. Since they have nothing like this here on Long Island, I was really impressed. I visited one on my last trip that was awesome, but it's off the Strip quite a bit. I was told that purchasing auto's was legal (they had dozens for sale in the display cases) but possession of one was illegal (wink, wink). User discretion is advised here of course. It was great to handle many of the knives that I only can look at on various websites. I bought my Al Mar Falcon at this store because it was a neat knife and because I want to support small businesses like this. Look these places up when you visit and give them a sale if you're interested in a particular knife.
