Las Vegas Knife Shops?

I will be in Vegas in a couple of weeks on buisness, and I need to know where the local knife shops are. Thanks ahead of time for any info.

Here's a listing from Verizon's Superpages: http://phonebook.superpages.com/yellowpages/C-Knives+&+Cutlery+Retail/S-NV/T-Las+Vegas/ I've been to Blanchard's, they have a really nice selection, but I believe the prices were not very good. A lot of the knives I can get cheaper here, so while it was nice to go to another knife shop, I ended up not buying anything.

There is a knife shop on Maryland parkway across from the boulevard mall.
