Laser is on its way

So we took the plunge and bought the laser. I would like to thank everyone that put that idea in my head to look at lasers. We ended up going with a company back East that is building it to our specifications. Ended up going with the 60w JPT MOPA M7 with upgraded galvo scanning head and powered Z axis. We also upgraded the control board and software to EZcad 3 because we wanted to be able to offer 3D engraving. This will allow us to engrave 3D markings into the steels surface. We needed this feature to be able to manufacture makers marks. Thy already have it built and are just waiting for the laser source and upgraded control board. But to give you an idea what it can do here is a picture of what a 3D fiber laser can do.
