I work long hours and sometimes 7 days a week for several weeks at a time, so time is limited. Second I live in an apartment so space is at a premium, dust gets everywhere, neighbors can get annoyed, and therefore I cannot set up a real shop.

I primarily worked with hand and jeweler's tools as well as a dremel tool (until it exploded -literally- due to dust build up), sandpaper and files. I have no way to shape blades or use a forge so I have to stick to premade blades if full size, but can do stock removal for minis.

I am interested in a company that will laser or water cut miniature and/or small sized blades, that I can draw up in AutoCAD, and possibly even heat treat them as well.

Cool.

I just found Admiral Steel a little while ago.

Didn't know about emachine though. Looks good.
I already have AutoCAD, but emachine uses their own proprietary software - good for them, maybe not for me. Using too many different CAD programs messes with my head a bit. I've found myself trying to use AutoCAD commands in gmax and once in Photoshop - DOH!

You can import your dxf AutoCAD format into their CAD program. So no problem.
