Last call for the BA-E2

Too fast :-( these short runs are a killer !!!

A great USER knife won't last long, the BA-E2 along with the Battle Saw will be highly sought after in my opinion

My resistance is low but I'm still on the fence. .22" is pretty thick for a 5" blade. Great knife to survive Armageddon but not sure about everyday use. Now another ASH-1 LE at .22" is another story ;-)

Apparently Busse did give us a knife we want, they are almost gone, 1/4 of an inch is not too thick to cut anything, if you want a 3/16 inch blade buy a Ratmandu, they are available 365 days a year-thanks again Busse

agreed. I was very pleased with this release and agree with TommyGun that it will be a very desirable knife in the future

I like at least .25 in on fixed blades. Maybe a little less on something the size of an AD. I have not had anything in .22 yet. It will be nice to give it a try. Sold my last BATAC because I thought it was a little thin at .18

I agree with Tommygun and jbs121s. Sure was a knife I was looking for, only regret it's not around longer so I can score more :D:D

I really want this knife, but since I recently recieved my CG SOB I cannot justify it. Going to save the cash and hope the next offering fills a gap in my knife needs.

Bring on the small infi.

This new version of the BAE is a great knife. Gonna be lots of Hogs that wish they got in on this one. I am sure this will become an instant classic.

Garth, I trust you man. Sounds like I've made a mistake by holding off! What's your favorite version of this knife (micarta/g10/color)? What does the new Ergo handle feel like in hand? It's new to us piglets and hogs! How does it compare to the Fusion, TAC, or Straight handle?

The ergos of the original ergo IMO don't quite feel like anything else(well maybe close to the SARs). I like the in hand feel of them except I always thought the slabs should have been thicker. Looks like that is taken care of on the 2nd gen.
